I recently purchased a $25 adapter to hook my iPad to a projector.
It worked nicely and was easy to use, maybe even easier than a laptop. For sure it was more mobile.
I’m not sure if I can plugin speakers to play audio, but since I was in a relatively small room the sound worked.
